CREDIT SCORE

  • One applicant must have a credit score of 500 or above.

  • We accept applicants with no credit score due to insufficient credit history.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

We do a criminal background check.

OCCUPANCY

We allow 2 people per bedroom.  That is 4 people total in a two bedroom apartment.  All occupants are included regardless of age.  One of the residents must be 55 years old or older.

PETS

No pets.

EVICTIONS

No evictions within the past 5 years. No unpaid collection accounts for judgements to other landlords, apartment complexes or agencies.

COSIGNERS

No cosigners.

HOUSING ASSISTANCE

We accept long term government housing assistance, that lasts at least one year, at this property.
